Refund Policy

Cancellation by Traveler
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing. The following refund policy applies:
| Cancellation Period | Refund Amount |
|---|---|
| 30 days or more before tour start | 90% of total amount paid |
| 15-29 days before tour start | 50% of total amount paid |
| 7-14 days before tour start | 25% of total amount paid |
| Less than 7 days before tour start | No refund |
Note:
- All refunds are processed within 14 business days
- Bank transfer charges may apply for international transfers
- Refunds are made in the original payment currency
Cancellation by Us
In rare cases where we need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political instability, etc.):
- Full refund will be provided within 7 business days
- We will assist in rearranging travel dates if possible
- Additional expenses incurred due to cancellation will not be our responsibility
Partial Cancellation
If part of your group cancels, the remaining participants will be charged the single supplement if rooming arrangements change.
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Email us at info@bhaktikishakti.com with your booking reference
- Include your bank account details for domestic transfers or PayPal email for international transfers
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval
