Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit amount. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the tour start date. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation made 30 days or more before tour start: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- Cancellation made 15-29 days before tour start: 50% refund
- Cancellation made 7-14 days before tour start: 25% refund
- Cancellation made less than 7 days before tour start: No refund
3. Tour Itinerary
We reserve the right to modify itineraries if necessary due to weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any additional costs incurred due to changes will be borne by the traveler.
4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.
5. Responsibility
Bharat Darshan Tours & Travel acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, transport companies, guides). We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by third-party service providers.
6. Passport and Visa
Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports and visas for entry into India. We can provide guidance but are not responsible for visa denials or entry issues.
7. Health Requirements
Travelers should consult their healthcare provider for recommended vaccinations and health precautions for travel to India.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the tour. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, India.
