षोडशोपचार पूजन विधि क्या है और इसका क्या महत्व है?

१. १६ उपचारों का भाव

षोडशोपचार का शाब्दिक अर्थ है 'सोलह सेवा विधियां'। जिस प्रकार हम किसी विशिष्ट आदरणीय अतिथि का स्वागत करते हैं, उसी प्रकार परमात्मा को साक्षात मानकर आसन, पाद्य, अर्घ्य, स्नान, वस्त्र, नैवेद्य और आरती समर्पित की जाती है।

२. मन व चेतना की शुद्धि

प्रत्येक उपचार का गहरा मनोवैज्ञानिक और यौगिक महत्व है। आचमन से वाणी, प्राणायाम से प्राण, दीप से दृष्टि और मंत्रोच्चारण से श्रवणेंद्रिय शुद्ध होती है। इससे साधक का मन एकाग्र और तनावमुक्त होता है।

३. ग्रह दोष शांति व सुख-समृद्धि

शास्त्रों के अनुसार विधि-विधान पूर्वक किया गया षोडशोपचार पूजन जन्मकुंडली के अशुभ ग्रह प्रभावों (शनि, राहु, केतु) को शांत करता है और घर में सुख, शांति, संतान वृद्धि व अखंड लक्ष्मी का वास कराता है।
